Using the service
Use the service lawfully, provide information you reasonably believe is accurate, and do not attempt to access another person or organisation's private records.
An account, invitation or reference must be used only for its intended purpose. Access can be limited where security, misuse or organisation membership requires it.
Reports, publication and responsibility
Submitting a report creates the record described by the relevant service result. It does not guarantee publication, acceptance by an authority, assignment, repair or a particular outcome.
Portal access and report publication are separate. Wider users receive automatic safe progress updates; raw submitted content remains private.
StreetIssues supports nationwide UK public reporting where the location and issue category are supported. Identifying likely responsibility does not establish authority participation, acceptance or operational handling.
Emergencies and immediate danger
UrbanTrack and StreetIssues are not emergency services. If anyone is in immediate danger, use the appropriate emergency route, including 999 in the UK where required. Non-emergency issues can still be reported while they are happening.
